Rain connects to your HCM and Time & Attendance platforms for near real-time earned wage calculations. No changes to your payroll processes required — Rain simply accesses the data needed to calculate employee balances.

Through the Rain App, employees can transfer up to 50% of current period earnings to their bank account (free) or any card (small fee). Rain funds all transfers and guarantees positive take-home pay on payday.

Rain delivers EWA adjustments that import seamlessly into your payroll system. Run payroll as normal with all wages, taxes, and deductions, then reimburse Rain for amounts employees accessed early.
